Payment and Delivery

We have made paying for and receiving your order as convenient as possible.

Choose the method that suits you best — and if you have any questions, we are always here to suggest the optimal option.

Payment Methods

Cash in store

Pay directly upon receiving the item.

Card in store

Cashless payment via terminal.

PrivatBank / Monobank

Account transfer. The buyer pays the bank's transfer fee.

Online card payment

Visa and Mastercard. The buyer pays the payment system fee.

International transfers

Western Union, SWIFT, PayPal. The buyer pays the transfer fee.

Prepayment + cash on delivery

You pay a part of the amount immediately, and the rest — upon receipt at the post office.

Important: if you refuse to receive the parcel at the post office, the prepayment is considered a deposit and is non-refundable — it goes towards covering the shipping costs.

Delivery cost

Paid by the buyer, determined by the transport company.

By Ukrposhta

The cost depends on your city. We ship after full payment of the order and shipping. You can track the parcel on the Ukrposhta website.

By Nova Poshta

Cash on delivery or after full prepayment. We ship every day: Mon–Fri until 17:00, Sat–Sun until 15:00. Payment made later — shipment the next day.

Want to avoid extra fees? Money delivery (cash on delivery transfer) is an additional Nova Poshta service, and its fee is also paid by the buyer. If you wish to avoid this, the easiest way is to transfer the funds to a PrivatBank or Monobank account.

We ship orders abroad after full payment for the product and delivery (according to the delivery services' tariffs).
