3.3.

6. Procedure for Return and Exchange of Goods

⚠ Important for the buyer In accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection'", wigs, hairpieces, and products made of natural and artificial hair are included in the list of goods of proper quality that ARE NOT SUBJECT to exchange and return.
6.1.
Due to hygiene and sanitary standards, after payment for the Goods and the Buyer's exit from the sales area of the retail store (or after taking the product out of the post office), Goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.
6.2.
In case of purchase of Goods and full payment, the Buyer has the right to order additional services (fitting the product, haircut, dyeing, hair styling), for which a service agreement is concluded.
⚠ Important if services are ordered simultaneously If the Customer purchases a new Product from the Contractor (according to the main Purchase and Sale Agreement) and simultaneously or before the order is issued asks for additional services to alter it (trim bangs, change length, dye, change cap size for the client), such Product moves into the category of "manufactured or modified by individual order".

Such a Product IS NOT subject to exchange, return, or refusal at the post office (or in the store) for reasons "the style/color did not fit/cannot wear" under any circumstances.
6.3.
Rules for checking the product:
  • In the offline store: The Buyer has the right to thoroughly inspect and try on the product in the fitting room of the Store (provided a disposable protective hairnet/cap is used). The decision to purchase is made before payment at the checkout.
  • In the online store: The Buyer has the right to inspect and try on the Goods directly at the branch of the carrier company. If the Goods do not fit, the Buyer refuses them at the post office without taking the parcel home.
6.4.
Return or exchange of the product is possible only in case of finding a manufacturing defect during the inspection of the goods at the store checkout or at the post office (before taking the parcel).
6.5.
Products manufactured, dyed, or cut according to an individual order or wish of the Buyer are not subject to exchange and return under any circumstances.

7. Warranty Obligations and Operating Conditions

7.1.
The Seller provides a warranty on the product's quality (integrity of the base, quality of hair attachment, operation of clips and size adjusters) for a period of 30 days from the moment of purchase in the retail store or receipt at the post office.
7.2.
Warranty obligations apply exclusively if the Buyer complies with the Care and Operation Rules specified in clause 8.3 of this Agreement.
7.3.
The warranty covers: hidden manufacturing defects that could not be detected during the initial inspection (e.g., divergence of base seams during the first delicate fitting at home, hidden defect of adjustment elements).
7.4.
The warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by thermal, chemical, or mechanical effects that contradict the care rules (clause 8.3), as well as natural wear and tear of the product (pilling of artificial hair from friction against clothing).
7.5.
To use the warranty, the Buyer must provide a fiscal/commodity receipt (or bank statement), photo/video recording of the defect, and the product itself in clean condition and original packaging. The Seller reserves the right to conduct a product examination.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

8.1.
The Seller is obliged to: transfer the Goods in proper condition, provide a payment document (receipt), and advise the Buyer on care rules.
8.2.
The Seller has the right to: change the terms of this Agreement, assortment, and prices unilaterally until the moment of payment or placing an order.
8.3.
The Buyer is obliged to pay for the Goods and strictly comply with the rules of operation and care for hair products, namely:
  • Combing: comb the product exclusively when dry, starting from the ends and gradually moving up to the roots. Use only special brushes (with looped or sparse rounded teeth without balls). It is forbidden to comb wet hair.
  • Washing: wash the product only when necessary (on average after 10–12 uses) in cool or warm water (not exceeding 30°C) using special shampoos and balms for artificial or natural hair, respectively. It is forbidden to rub, wring, or strongly squeeze the product.
  • Drying: after washing, delicately blot the product with a towel. Dry naturally in a straightened form on a special stand or mannequin, away from heat sources (radiators) and direct sunlight.
  • Heat treatment: for regular artificial fiber products, the use of hairdryers, curling irons, and straighteners is strictly prohibited. For natural hair or thermal fiber products, the use of thermal tools with temperature limitation is allowed (no higher than 150°C–180°C, depending on the product marking).
  • Storage: store the product in a clean, dry place on a stand, mannequin, or in the original box/hairnet to prevent hair tangling and base deformation.
  • Chemical exposure: do not subject the products to self-dyeing, toning, lightening, or chemical perming.

9. Responsibility of the Parties and Dispute Resolution

9.1.
The Parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.2.
The Seller is not responsible for damage to the Goods resulting from the Buyer's violation of the care rules (clause 8.3).
9.3.
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached — in court according to the legislation of Ukraine.

10. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection

10.1.
The Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data (provided when ordering online or registering in the discount system of the offline store) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

11. Term of the Agreement

11.1.
This Agreement enters into force from the moment the Buyer Accept the offer (payment at the checkout or registration/payment of the order on the Site) and is valid until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations.

Customer Service Rules

at Korol Natali salon

Dear customers! To ensure quality service and comfortable maintenance, please read the rules for purchasing Goods and Services on the website korolnatali.com/ua/polzovatelskoe-sohlashenye.

We strive to make every visit comfortable, safe, and aesthetic. Postiche products (wigs, hairpieces, systems) are delicate and individual goods requiring special handling. To ensure maximum hygiene and a cozy atmosphere for each guest, there are a few simple but mandatory rules in our salon.

1. Hygiene and Fitting Rules — Above All

Since the products are in direct contact with the scalp, we strictly adhere to sanitary standards:
  • Hygienic cap: fitting of any product (artificial or natural) is allowed exclusively on a special protective hairnet/cap. You can bring your own or get one for free from our consultant.
  • Careful with makeup: we ask you to minimize the amount of foundation and powder before your visit. The exceptionally delicate area — fine sheer mesh (Lace Front) instantly absorbs makeup. If the product is soiled with makeup during the fitting, you will have to pay for its professional SPA cleaning.
  • Perfumes: please refrain from using intense perfumes before your visit. Hair (especially natural) highly absorbs odors, which are hard to remove later.

2. Careful Handling of Products

Handmade wigs and hairpieces are works of art requiring gentleness:
  • Trust the consultant: please do not remove items from mannequins on your own and do not try to put them on, comb, adjust or redo the parting without the consultant's permission.
  • Salon tools: it is prohibited to use personal combs, hairpins or clips. We use only disinfected special brushes with looped or sparse teeth when working with products.
  • No independent thermal styling: even if you want to test whether it is truly thermal fiber, do not try to curl or straighten the hair with your devices. A master will do it at your request.

3. Privacy and Respect

Many of our clients choose a wig or system for medical reasons (alopecia, chemotherapy, etc.) and seek privacy:
  • Respect for space: an atmosphere of delicacy prevails here. Please do not stare at other clients during their fitting and refrain from inappropriate comments or advice unless asked.
  • Fitting area: if you come with a support group (friends, relatives), please limit the number of accompanying persons to 1–2 people to avoid crowding and confusing other guests.

4. Photography and Video Recording

  • Shooting products: you can take a picture of yourself in a wig you liked to consult with loved ones or see yourself from the outside.
  • Prohibition of filming third parties: it is strictly forbidden to take photos/videos of other visitors or salon staff without their personal consent.

5. Food, Drinks, and Pets

Please note:
  • We are happy to treat you with water, tea, or coffee, but please keep drinks as far away as possible from the product racks and the fitting area. One accidental sip of coffee spilled on a blonde natural hair wig can irretrievably ruin an expensive item.
  • Food: bringing and eating food in the sales area and fitting rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Pets: we love furry friends, but due to the specifics of the goods (hair attracts pet hair and odors), entry to the salon with pets is possible only in the main hall.
Thank you for your understanding and respect for our work and the comfort of other clients! We look forward to seeing you in our beauty space! Thank you for understanding and respecting the time of our specialists. We always strive to provide you with professional assistance, quality service, and a personalized approach.

6. Cost of Consultations and Service Hours

Consultation with a consultant:
  • 30 minutes is 1000 UAH.
  • If a product is purchased, the consultation fee is waived.
Consultations by a hairdresser and technologist:
  • Consultation with each specialist for 30 minutes — 1000 UAH if the client wishes to get professional advice from a master without purchasing a product or without using our services.
  • If services are ordered and paid for, the consultation fee is waived.
Service hours: consultations are held during salon working hours — from 10:00 to 18:00 by appointment every day without days off.

Public Offer Agreement

on providing additional services (customization, maintenance, and repair of hair products)

This agreement is an official and public offer by the Contractor to conclude a service agreement in accordance with Art. 633, 641, and Ch. 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

The terms of this Agreement are the same for all Customers and apply both when ordering services through the Site https://korolnatali.com/ua/, and directly at the Retail Store located at 58-A (letter "A") B. Khmelnytskogo St., premises 160/1, Kyiv.

1. Definition of Terms

  • Contractor — Individual entrepreneurs: Korol Nataliia Viktorivna, Korol Mariia Vasylivna, and Driuk Maryna Vasylivna, acting under the laws of Ukraine, who provide services through the Online Store and/or retail store, using them as a joint trade and production space.
  • Customer — any legally capable individual or legal entity ordering Services from the Contractor.
  • Product — a wig, hairpiece, system or other similar product (whether purchased from the Contractor or provided by the Customer).
  • Services — additional services provided by the Contractor, which include (but are not limited to):
    • Customization: adapting base size, trimming bangs/length, styling, dyeing, toning, or bleaching the Product.
    • Maintenance (SPA care): professional washing, restoration, treatment, and untangling of the Product's hair.
    • Repair and restoration: replacing clips/adjusters, repairing mesh (Lace Front), ventilating (adding) hair to the base, sewing in extra wefts.
  • Acceptance of the offer — full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by the Customer through making an advance payment (or full payment) for the Service or transferring the Product to the Contractor to perform work.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1.
The Contractor undertakes, upon Customer's assignment, to provide Services for the customization, maintenance or repair of the Product, and the Customer undertakes to pay for these Services and accept their result on the terms of this Agreement.

3. Ordering Procedure and Provision of Services

3.1.
Ordering services can be done online (via messengers, website, phone) or offline at the Retail Store.
3.2.
When placing an order, the Parties agree on: a list of works, cost, deadlines, and technical task (desired length, color, haircut features, etc.).
3.3.
If the Customer provides their own Product for maintenance/repair (purchased elsewhere or used), the Contractor conducts its initial inspection and records its current condition (degree of wear, existing defects). The Contractor has the right to refuse to provide services if the Product is in a critical condition and cannot be restored.

4. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

4.1.
The cost of Services is determined according to the Contractor's current price list or is calculated individually (for complex repair or dyeing) and is communicated to the Customer before starting the work.
4.2.
Services are provided on the following terms:
  • 100% advance payment — for standard services (washing, styling, minor repair).
  • Advance payment of at least 50% — for complex and individual orders (radical color change, reshaping the base, ventilating hair). The remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the finished Product.
4.3.
If the Customer refuses the Service after the Contractor has already started work (e.g., hair has already been cut or dye has been applied), the advance payment amount is not refundable to the Customer, and the service is subject to payment in full.

5. Acceptance and Transfer Procedure for Provided Services

5.1.
In the offline store: The Customer is obliged to personally inspect and try on the Product at the checkout upon its receipt. Paying the remaining balance or accepting the Product in hand indicates that the Services have been performed well and completely, and further claims will not be accepted.
5.2.
When ordering online (remotely): The Contractor provides the Customer with a photo and video report of the completed work (in messengers) before shipping. The Product is shipped by mail after Customer confirmation and full payment for the services. The risk of accidental damage to the product during postal transit is borne by the carrier.

6. Special Conditions: Loss of the Right to Return the Good

⚠ Important for buyers of new products If the Customer purchases a new Product from the Contractor (according to the main Purchase and Sale Agreement) and simultaneously or before the order is issued asks for additional services to alter it (trim bangs, change length, dye, change cap size for the client), such Product moves into the category of "manufactured or modified by individual order".

Such a Product IS NOT subject to exchange, return, or refusal at the post office (or in the store) for reasons "the style/color did not fit" under any circumstances.

7. Warranty Obligations for Services

7.1.
The Contractor guarantees the quality of performed work (strength of seams during repair, reliability of fastening clips/hair, matching the haircut to the agreed technical task) for 7 days from the moment the Customer receives the Product.
7.2.
The Contractor IS NOT responsible and does not provide a warranty for:
  • The final result of dyeing/bleaching if the Customer provided their own used Product with an unknown history of previous dyeing and chemical treatments (hair can react unpredictably).
  • The structural integrity of synthetic or natural hair if the Customer violated care rules after receiving the service (burned hair with a straightener, combed it wet, twisted it when washing, etc.).
  • Gradual fading of color (toning), which is a natural process for hair products.

Specificity of the result: the client understands that palettes, photos, and videos are just a reference. The final result depends on the hair/product structure and the history of previous procedures. The salon does not guarantee reaching the desired color in 1 procedure if it threatens hair quality.

Hidden defects: the master is not responsible for product defects or hair reactions caused by hidden previous interventions (chemicals, poor-quality dyeing, etc.) that the Client did not warn about.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

8.1.
The Contractor is obliged to: qualitatively and on time provide Services in accordance with the agreed technical task.
8.2.
The Contractor has the right to: refuse to perform Services if the Customer requests changes that could technologically ruin the Product irreversibly (e.g., to bleach synthetic fiber or burn fine Slavic hair).
8.3.
The Customer is obliged to:
  • Clearly state their wishes before work starts.
  • Pay for and pick up the Product on time.
  • Strictly follow the care rules after receiving services (in particular: do not wash with hot water, dry only on a stand, use heat protectant, and a permitted temperature regime of up to 150°C–180°C only on natural or thermal hair).

9. Responsibility of the Parties and Dispute Resolution

9.1.
For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement, the Parties bear responsibility under current Ukrainian legislation.
9.2.
Claims concerning the quality of Services provided are not accepted after the Customer takes the Product from the Retail Store (or from the post office) and starts using it, except for a hidden defect of completed work that manifests during the warranty period (clause 7.1).
9.3.
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — in court.

10. Term of the Agreement

10.1.
This Agreement enters into force when the Customer Accepts it (makes an advance payment or transfers the product) and is valid until the Parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.
